The eJobMate Story

Here at eJobMate, we're a fun bunch of creative minds with lots of new ideas always flowing! One day back in early 2010 we thought, why not create an employment website that matches employers and job seekers together all for free?

Our founders, Nick Gronow & Steve Gronow were disappointed with the employment resources that were available to them. Steve, who has employed hundreds of individuals through out the years, thought there must be a need for something more! The inspiration for the site came after reading an article in Forbes Magazine talking about the success of online dating websites that matched singles together to create long lasting relationships. Our thought was, why not apply the same concept to the employment industry and create a website that does just that; match employers and job seekers together!
